“Myself and two teens stayed this past weekend for a cheer comp. The proximity to the convention center was amazing. Walkable even in freezing temps. The condo was very spacious and exactly what we were looking for. Check in was a breeze, and we were even allowed to drop our bags before the official check-in time. “Griffin is an excellent host and his condo was perfect for two. Its location in downtown was ideal; close to everything we wanted to see but not right in the middle of the noise. We were able to walk to Lucas Oil Stadium (8 blocks away), the Convention Center, Soldiers & Sailors Monument, the Indiana War Memorial Plaza and many restaurants and shops. We felt safe walking in this well lit area of town and returning to a secure building protected by a locked entrance. The only time we needed a car……

“We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again.”

“Overwhelmed at the space and amenities. Well stocked and room for the entire family. Beautiful condo. I could live here! Main bedroom could use room darkening blinds to improve ability to sleep - or just bring an eye mask. Sleep number bed , jacuzzi tub, and a steam shower. Kitchen is wonderful and chef worthy! Private laundry, workout room, and elevator. Definitely would rent again. ”

The second you open the door you are greeted with low budget furniture and decor, but what you notice first is the smell. Wow does that place have a smell! I honestly couldn’t describe what the smell is besides horrible and overpowering.
