“With no hotels in walking distance of Butler University, this was the perfect option for us! Paul was extremely easy to communicate with and the entire visit was flawless. I’ve stayed in many rental properties, and this one was the cleanest property I have stayed in. Paul thought of everything for a comfortable stay…all the way down to 2 umbrellas, which we needed for our Butler tour. We look forward to futures stays as our daughter will begin college here in the fall!! Just awesome!!”

“Charming two bedroom, two bath condo with spacious living room full of windows and sunlight. Great balcony to enjoy sun, view and people watching on Indy’s coolest street next door to Pacers Stadium. Super clean. Included safe parking spot. Very tricky to find unit for the first time after parking, also very tricky for food delivery drivers to find you. On Friday and Saturday nights or Pacers game days there will be significant street noise until late, but it is loud from folks having fun. Sorry……
