“The location, layout, and size of the property made this trip one to remember. Even before check-in, our host, Ryanne, was extremely accommodating and responsive. Nestled in the foothills, the property sits on a beautiful and serene landscape with plenty of privacy and room to stretch. The house itself is beautiful and spacious. We had a large group; the furnishings and amenities were appropriate for us. It was a perfect escape with no issues.”

“We've been renting in Bozeman several times per year while our son attended MSU. This property is our favorite. Remote yet close to town, the house is well stocked with everything you need. The property is beautiful to walk around and explore. Great fishing spot, unfortunately no luck for this angler. Maybe next time...;)”

“Great place to set up home base as we enjoyed the festivities and fun stuff involved around MSU graduation and Mother’s Day weekend. Comfy beds….cozy family room with a record player to spin some old records they had there. Wonderful waking up to the deer in the backyard as we enjoyed our tea and coffee before starting the day. Could not have asked for anything better. ”

“This cottage was within walking distance to everything downtown. We were there for my son’s graduation and it was only a few minute car ride to MSU. While the place small (as pictured and described), it was mighty. We were there during a beautiful weather window and enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee or cocktail. ”

“Location was absolutely perfect! 1 block from Main Street, shopping and restaurants. Perfect for 2 couples or family with older kids as there are 2 separate units. Excellent communication from host and units are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. ”

“If your expectations are hostel-style and not having the entire home, then this is a good place to stay. The dwelling is in the basement, so it is dark and cool. Could use some updating but if you're willing to forgo super clean and modern, and prefer to be located close to downtown, then this is your place!”

“This house was just right for our family! We had a quick one night trip to Bozeman for a football camp at MSU. We were able to walk around Downtown for a bit and then get into the house a little early so we could get half of the family settled, and the other half could check into the football camp on time. We were cozy and everyone had a great night sleep after a long day!! Would 10/10 stay here again if we come back to the area! ”
