“This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. ”

“The property had a unique vibe, loved the updated nod to the retro past feeling of the place. The kitchenette/dining area could have been alottle better equipped, i.e. a larger trashcan and simple supplies like paper towels etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay it was nice quiet place to relax at the end of the day.”

“This is a group of various types of small cabins, cottages and houses. Beautiful grounds and within walking distance of downtown Fredericksburg. Breakfast was delivered in a picnic basket to our door each morning and was delicious! I highly recommend Hoffman Haus as a place to stay in Fredericksburg and look forward to staying there again. ”

“The grounds are really great, with plenty of firepit areas, a creek, and a manicured lawn. And the location to downtown (2 blocks) is very convenient. The rooms need some work. Squeaky, sticky doors, shower control valve not secured properly. Be careful pulling into the large parking area. Very steep incline. Breakfast was more than adequate; eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, biscuit, pastries, yogurt, fruit. At night you might catch a glimpse of hundreds of fireflies or lightning bugs. ”
