“A/C was ice cold, hot water was very hot and nice! It was nice to have a Keurig and air fryer. Nice quality pot and pans and knife set. Beds were very comfortable. Just no fitted sheet on the king bed. They did have a flat sheet and extra pillows and blankets.Dishwasher needs to be secured, it tips forward when loading and unloading and there was no dishwasher soap. “Overall the place had all I needed. However, there was a smell to the place I couldn’t get rid of. The cleanliness was slightly lacking. Bathroom needed some additional cleaning, dust on the table and lamp in the living area. Carpet in the bedroom had stains. Towels in the bathroom, were old, thin and mismatched and rags were baby rags left for me. Also sheets were dark blue which for me, gives me the ick. I prefer a white as I feel it’s more sanitary, but that’s a personal preference. ”

“We had a great stay at this cozy and well-equipped home! The house itself was cute, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, and the space was thoughtfully arranged. One thing to note is that there’s a train nearby, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. “After looking at several properties in Fresno for my one month stay, I settled on Kyle’s recently renovated, modern and naturally lit home, and have no regrets. Not only is it really well set up on the inside but also has its own secure parking and laundry. The laundry, even though was shared with two of the other units on the property, it was super convenient. All the amenities in the house were sufficient too. Would recommend.”

“Home was clean and friendly and inviting. Our late check in was accommodated and we walked into a living room with stunning twinkle lights. We really enjoyed being able to park in the garage too. Backyard was fun for an Easter egg hunt (we used plastic eggs) and overall the space was open and airy. We also love the various small appliances.
