“This house was incredible! But the best part was the porch / dock and the wildlife! We had dolphins and manitee every day we were able to watch close up. We didn’t want to leave! It was truly magical! ”

It is conveniently located... within walking distance to Marker 24 Riverfront Grille for a waterfront lunch or dinner and only a short drive to Cocoa Beach or the historic downtown area. “This house at the cove on Merritt is everything and more than we expected 5 to 6 people with plenty of room to spare. Access to canoe and kayak right in the backyard with a doc. Highly recommend this place location is 10 minutes from Ocean. Lots of familiar and local restaurants. Only a half hr from Kennedy Space Center and 50 minutes to Orlando Airport. If you had any questions communicating with the house was super easy as she responded almost immediately. The price is wonderful……
