“Gorgeous property, super clean, and well appointed. We had one minor issue which property management made up for when we booked another unit for 2 more nights. Check out was 10 am, door was locked at 9 am, an hour early& we couldn’t re-enter the unit. Thankfully one of us us was still inside the unit & we could finish packing up. Management gave us an extra hour to check out on our next stay. Highly recommend this unit-you won’t be disappointed.”

“House was very comfortable was easy to "make ourselves at home. This was not a pleasure trip we honoring a close relative who passed away on Easter Sunday. “We had three generations getting together for our semi annual trip. Our group of 16 had plenty of room. Our teenagers stayed in the apartment above the garage. They had a fantastic time. The pool was well used by all of us.The hosts are very accommodating. I would visit again if we are in the area.”

“The property is new, we may have been the first guests to stay in this unit (8th floor). Overall, our stay was nice. Kitchen well stocked, washer/dryer was a plus, roomy floor plan. A dresser or something with drawers to unpack would be a great addition to the bedrooms. Fyi, there is no beach gear to use. The main pool/hot tub are heated and in full afternoon shade. Fitness facility is well equipped. Cocoa beach is a 15 minute drive. The property is quiet and not as conducive to families. ”
