“Unknown to the property owner, there were several major upkeep issues that resulted in water leaks. But the overall stay was great. Olivia offered a full refund for second day, so I honestly believe she sought to do the right thing. Can't fix something unless you know about it. Overall she was great and otherwise experience would be a 10 ”

“Overall we had a wonderful time. This is a fantastic place for a family to gather and enjoy each other and Florida. There are many amenities and the view is lovely. There was an osprey nest just feet away from the back deck that provided endless entertainment. Only dislike were the mattresses in the non-master bedrooms. They are soft/old and have pits where people slept for years and are not supportive. The fourth “bed” is actually an air mattress and not comfortable for anyone but a kid.”

“This was a great space for a small team for a work meeting over a couple days. With many rooms in the home, and a lot of common space, we had plenty of common spaces to work, play, relax, and unwind. Great home to rent!”
