“Such an amazing hotel! I came recent for a solo surf trip, and was treated like absolute royalty everyday! Amazing staff, and building, beach in waking distance. The best part was rent my surfboard and being able to transport it back to my room through the elevators!!! The cocoa beach surf company inside the hotel was an added bonuses! And the restaurant was to die for!!!!! Alligator PO'BOY was by far the greatest I've had in years!! I will be booking my next trip for the upcoming year, and you……

“Great location close to cruise ships and other activities at the marina. Very nice beach view and great pool. There was a large palmetto bug in the living room, typical of Florida, but that was the only bug we seen.unit was well stocked as far as kitchen and bath towels. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend this unit and VRBO as a whole.”

“What we really enjoyed was being right across from the Ocean. Also being within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. This was or third time staying here and we will be back. Also very caring property managers!”

“Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog! ”
