“Roost is a wonderful place to stay. My only complaint was being woken by screeching noises. I am not sure if it was from an elevator or another apartment using their tea kettle but it happened a few times. Other than that, the location is great, the apartment is beautiful, and the amenities are top notch. ”

“Our family of 4 stayed here the weekend of 4/25/25 for Monster Jam. We would most certainly stay here again. The unit was clean and well-appointed and looked just like the photos. The rooftop area was also as pictured and provided beautiful views of the skyline. The Cozy Team provided excellent communication in a timely manner. Fishtown is lovely and extremely walkable. We felt safe walking around at night with our 5 and 11 year olds. There are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback was……
