“As the Momma to 3 grown kids who are all married and some with kids of their own, we can rarely all get together. But each summer we spend a weekend together. This year was the best place by far. We loved the pool, clubhouse, and the beach. The house itself was clean and provided us with enough room. We took long walks everyday and several of us commented on how it felt like being in a lovely state park. I highly recommend this place!! My only suggestion is to be sure you have Check-in……

“We travelled from Alaska to Federal Way for a surgery. While this condo is not new or fancy, it fulfilled our needs perfectly. Very close to Virginia Mason facilities, shady and cool even in a heat wave. Excellent shady 1/4 mile driveway loop for initial rehabilitation walks, and many wonderful trails/bike paths nearby. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance (1-2 miles) Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and kind. Responses from the host to our questions were almost……

“Traveled from Tulsa to Tacoma for a week's stay and so enjoyed the proximity of this location as a hub for our PNW day-trips, e.g., Port Orchard foot-ferry to downtown Seattle, Owen Beach, etc. Also, we found access to downtown rail, bus and trolley system just a quick/short walk. Hospitality: Host made the check-in process easy, communicating early and as needed over the course of our stay. “We stayed at this condo in Tacoma the week of Thanksgiving and just loved everything about it! Ron was the perfect host! From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo. The condo was in a wonderful neighborhood and we enjoyed walking the sidewalks and enjoying the beautiful scenery of fall trees in the cool weather.
