“This updated, spacious rental exceeded our expectations. One reason we chose it was access to the river, because we wanted to fish and kayak. We were able to fish from the bank and they had kayaks for us to float down river and fish and play in a few rapids. We also thoroughly enjoyed our time in the cabin. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of room to hang out by multiple TVs, a pool table and game room. There was also a large deck outside and a couple of fire pits to enjoy……

“The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and in a peaceful location. We were a bit surprised at the size of the "lake" as it ended up being more of a pond. We did take the kayaks out but the water is pretty nasty and not ideal for swimming or fishing. That was all fine though because thr purpose of our trip was to float the Spring River. Overall a great stay and i would return.”

“This is not one big lake house like it looks in the listing. This is actually a duplex with an exterior connection via the deck. If you want privacy for your group, it’s good. If you want a big, shared open space for meals or socializing, not it.”

“We stayed with our 4 children there are plenty of things to do around the area. The pool was great a short 1 minute walk which was perfect for the little ones and the pool water was nice and warm. The beautiful park with the waterfall right down the road. Lots of places to fish. Loved this place and will surely stay again. Also it was very easy to get a hold of the host and he also got right back to us. ”
