“This was ok, but not great. Front desk was rarely staffed and were nit helpful. The Spa was never open. The stairs are narrow and steep. Location was the key. Right behind the Piazza Navona, close to the Vatican, Campo di Fiore and lots of cafes. Feels like a neighborhood. Meh. Wouldn't stay there again.”

“Una bella sorpresa. Ho soggiornato 1 notte prima di partire direzione Fiumicino. Mi é stato affidato un appartamento molto spazioso, molto pulito e confortevole. La proprietaria é molto gentile e disponibile, sia via telefono che fisicamente. A neanche 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Ponte Galeria (15 minuti circa da Fiumicino). Se posso segnalare un miglioramento da fare, consiglierei di migliorare la segnaletica per trovare la struttura. Se dovrò tornare in zona, non avrò dubbi su dove……

“地点很不错，在一栋旧楼的二层，房间和浴室比较小但是挺干净的。网速不错。有点儿意外的是前台基本没人，到的时候按了好久门铃都没反应，还是给店主打电话才找人过去开门，不过服务还挺热情的。早餐在附近的一家小咖啡厅，有一天早上不知道为什么没开门。。。”

“This is a superb and charming hotel. Every detail is well thought of. The lighting and interior design is atmospheric. The ambience is so romantic! I did not want to leave my room to go sight seeing in Rome. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located near the Collesium.”

“态度很好，当时定错时间了也给及时将更换了。只是前台基本没人，入住和退房都很不方便，要打手机...退完房把东西寄宿在那回去前台还是没人，楼下小卖部的人有钥匙，告诉个车还告诉错了，没找到公交站只好打车...其实这里离哪儿都不近，地铁10分钟，公交很久才来一趟。如果你脚力强，也不是不可以...”

“正門太窄，要側身入。早餐不俗。三號房雪柜不够凍。窒內有不明來源的發聲東西，發出嘟嘟聲響。內有浴室廁所。十一時才要交房走，未到十一時已把我們的行裝全也拿了出外。除約定入住的時間，沒有職員躶。附近有多間超市。往梦帝崗算方便。兩天才換毛巾及床單。”

“Love the location with its harming streets with shopping, restaurants and is near the Pantheon. Rooms with bathrooms are updated, spacious and clean. All their apartments are on the 3rd floor in a very old building. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and Staff wasn’t here but was available via WhatsApp messaging. We had to climb a flight of stairs to get to a very small, old style elevator. Elevator didn’t work for us and we were told it was working that morning and they’d call……

“We should have booked the hotel with breakfast but the host said there is none. It's wired and hope hotels.com can clarify on this. The host is overall responsible. It is kinda over price since it is a B&B but the price is 3-star hotel.”
