Staff was very easy to reach; I realized late night I accidentally forgot the safe code and they were willing to come in the middle of the night to help. Definitely went above and beyond! “The staff in this hotel is so friendly which gave me very good impression in Rome once we arrived. The hotel is very nearby the Colosseum train station. We only took around 5 minutes to walk from station to the hotel.
