“Stayed here for a golf trip for my father’s birthday. Perfect location in relation to the course and easy walk to downtown Phoenixville. House was in excellent condition and the stay was very comfortable. ”

“Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was close to Dorney park and in a very nice, safe area. The grounds were well kept and the koi pond and outdoor area were delightful. “It was a wonderful place to stay. Our only problem was that a washer/dryer was advertised but not available. We would readily stay there again!”

“Lovely little place to stay, located near a few shops and able to travel into Philadelphia within 30 minutes. The neighborhood was very quiet no loud neighbors or dogs barking all night so that was great! It is an attached house but I didn’t hear the neighbors at all but home that we weren’t too noisy for them. Host accommodated our requests for a travel crib and toys are at the home. “You feel like you're out in nature, and the sounds at night are amazing. The little village has a super interesting history and enjoyable walking trail.”

“The host/property manager was communicative, responsive and all around wonderful. This property was perfectly located for the sites that we were visiting around De Sales University. The property was clean and as described. I do want to note that one of the bathrooms is a half bath with no shower and that the house is nestled between two senior living buildings and a busy route 378. Wonderful stay regardless!!”

“Ushmila's Nest was truly the prettiest, most quietly elegant places I have stayed. I was here for two nights and while the lodgings did not have it's own kitchen, we were close enoiugh to Whole Foods store that I was able to get there easily. This is a wonderful place to stay! I was traveling with my elderly mother and it was so easy to check in and check out. Rizwana is so friendly and helpful. Communication with her was just great -- stay with her!”

“Just spent 3 nights as this amazing home with family for a holiday get together. It was decorated beautifully, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all you need. So much space to be together, but also have some quiet time when needed. Jeff, the property manager, is very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!”

“The property is run down and in need of repair. It was not accurately represented in its VRBO listing. It lacked basic and essential amenities, especially for a 6 bedroom / sleeping 10 listing. Water pressure was unbearably low. In the middle of my short shower, the water flow spontaneously reduced to a trickle. After 1-2 mins of this, the water flow returned to its previous stronger but weakened state along with a loud screeching sound from the pipes which lasted 3-4 mins. The beds are……

“This house has a ton of potential, but right now it is not rental ready. Lots of seating areas but no coffee tables. A pool table replaced the dining table, and the room is too small for a pool table. And the house really needs a dining table! Needs a coat of paint to hide large spackled areas and markings all over walls that are more than just normal wear and tear. If you cannot do stairs, this is not for you.
