“We love the location of this house! Only a couple blocks to the beach and to restaurants at the harbor. A great beach house! The only problem was that the back bedroom got very cold at night and we could not find any heat source in there. We would still return to this place though, the location is worth it!”

“We loved our stay. The cottage was literally steps to W. Cliff Drive with its trail along the ocean cliffs on the Westside of Santa Cruz. It was easy to see why the owner had won awards for restoration of the Carriage House. It was both beautiful and so thoughtfully done. Every day we noticed new details that were thematic, considerate or just pretty. Those little "surprises" were themselves a pleasure. Everything from the "horse" theme to the detail of the hardware chosen to the beach glass……

“This is absolutely perfect if you want to sleep under the redwood trees. You can lie in bed and look through the skylight at the trees way above you. The cabin is just above a creek so you can hear the small rapids water sounds. The owners and other renters were very friendly and welcoming. We have already booked our next year stay. We love this place.”

“We came to Capitola for my mom’s 80th birthday and to see family that lives locally. This quaint cottage is conveniently located a half block off the main street and a couple blocks from the beach. In spite of the proximity to the commercial center, the cottage was very quiet. The dedicated parking was definitely a plus in this neighborhood! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The only tip I would give to other travelers is if there are any mobility issues, this may not be……
