“Cleans comfortable and sade ”

“Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly. The property is close to the quaint downtown and minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants. The owner is extremely responsive and was a delight to correspond with. This property……

“We booked this location for my daughter‘s family, which includes my daughter, her husband and my twin grandkids. They loved the look and cleanliness of the cabin and loved the fact that there were so many animals that were comfortable enough to come and get close to them so that they could engage. We are already looking to book another stay at the Letchworth Farm and book both the cottage and the cabin.”

“We booked tbis property for older family while we had a family function at Letchworth State Park. The house was the perfect location. The yard is beautiful and relaxing. The games in the basement were fun for the grandkids when they were visiting. The first floor is set up nicely fir gathering and visiting. It was nice to have everything on one floor. We would definitely book this house again.”

“Annual tr(Ale) Cru weekend (centered around a day hike, then a brewery) with 11 family members, ages 22-63. “Looney Rooms” was the best rental we have used. Plenty of space, in town but with a nice buffer to neighbors, and a really cool decor. Will definitely be back. ”

“The house was brand new (modern features) and as advertised! I stayed here with my wife and 3 other couples and it is exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance to the town and just a quick drive to the resort. Would recommend any big group to stay here including families with kids. The host was also very easy to communicate with making the entire planning process/stay even better. We will be staying here in the future! ”
