“This property was in walking distance to Holiday Valley. There is also a free shuttle to pick and drop you off with all equipment. The place was perfect and cozy, everything was updated. Just a 4 min drive to town. It really was so peaceful. The owners of this property are so very kind. I will be back without a doubt!”

“We enjoyed a long weekend at Holiday Valley and really appreciated the convenience of ski in/out here. Short drive to Ellicottville for shopping, restaurants and coffee. The property was tidy and served us well. The condo unit is in a building with other condos, so there was the expected occasional noise related to that— mostly hearing the neighbors walking around. We’re glad we stayed here and would visit again. ”

“This updated condo was perfect for our stay at Holiday Valley. The condo was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 adult men to share easily. You can't ask for a better location. We walked out of the condo and looked right at HV's famous Wall run. I gave it 5 stars because 6 wasn't an option.”

“Easy ski in/ ski out condo at holiday valley. Friendly host with great communication. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great place for 2 people. Ski lift walkable and trail head. Great fireplace nice and warm. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs from parking to door of condo inside and out, hallways a bit tight. Took several trips to get all our stuff to and from. ”

“Very nice stay, bed was very comfortable. The hosts were on the ball with correspondence. Would come back to this location in the future.”

“The curtain rod was pulled off the wall and there was another thing missing a switch. The stairs are very narrow. It’s nice and clean and I loved it had extra towels and pillows. It was nice. The a/c wasn’t really big enough for the place. Upstairs was warm but it was unusually warm at the time. There needs to be a trash dumpster closer. It’s a cute condo. I’d go back! Reasonably priced too! ”
