“10 min drive to Holiday Vally and downtown Ellicottville. Lots of room for a large group - easy to find and good communication from the owner. Basement was a bit cold bit the fireplace amd hottub were especially nice on the cold evenings”

“A beautiful and well set up home away from home. There was a big snowfall before our arrival and the driveway was plowed and stairs shovelled. A large living room area that stayed warm and inviting with the fire. The basement and games were a hit with the teens. Towels, hot tubs towels and extra linens all provided; would recommend bath mats for the showers as a nice addition. Well stocked kitchen and coffee provided as listed which is always nice. We had trouble with the oven not heating and……

“Perfect set up for 6 single friends and 1 couple. House is well equipped-a full knife block and dishes/platters for group meals. Loved the fireplace and the great room for gathering for games. Only changes-main room could use more lighting and the main bath shower head is sad. Easy location and we talked about staying again next year! ”
