“We booked this property for a wedding weekend in Olathe, and it met our needs. We have older kids (college, high school age), and there is plenty of space to spread out. That said, this would also be a great spot for people with young children. The playset looked like it would be really fun. All communications with Evolve were great and they were very responsive once we were onsite.”

“Overall, our experience was OK however, as a group of 12 to families coming together, there was zero room to gather as a group. The furniture was all miniature sized and very uncomfortable, probably Wayfair special. The beds were small. The master bathroom did not have any hot water. We had a gas leak outside. Justin did take care of this right away. The return vents were absolutely disgusting. This is the problem when pictures are taken and panoramic mode to make everything look huge. This……

“The first thing that greeted my wife and i was a pungent, cloying smell of mold and mildew that permeates the house. The shower curtain, floor rugs and towels were stained as if moldy. Ants everywhere. No apology from host. Avoid this place.”

“Beautiful home very spacious for my family. We had a wonderful time. You have to be careful on the steps which they have caution signs. The children enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The roll away beds were helpful for the teenagers. Overall I would choose this space again! VERY NICE!!!!”

“The kitchen is beautifully remodeled, we enjoyed cooking dinner and sitting at the island drinking our coffee early in the morning. The rest of the home was quaint and comfortable. We drove into Kansas City a few times, which was a little bit of a jaunt from the house but we chose to stay in Lees Summit to get away from the hustle and bustle. All in all I would highly recommend staying in this home! We enjoyed our stay! ”
