“There was some construction going on during our stay but it didnt interfere with our trip at all. The heated pool was wonderful and the beds were cozy. Overall it was a great stay and we plan to go again.”

“The vrbo website says nothing about being under construction. Only access to 1 of the pools. Rusted out railing for the closet sliding door. We had water pouring in our room due to an over-flown shower drain on the floor above us. We were up from midnight to 5am trying to contain the water. After-hours on call person would not answer their phone. Just a bad experience overall, no refund, no apology ”

“We love Seascape because of the beach access and the great pool. Unit was as described, well maintained. There will be a minimal amount of beginner items, but if you are staying more than 1 day, be prepared to bring shampoo, body soap, paper towels and toilet paper. ”
