“Property was clean for the most part! Floor did not seem to be cleaned that well as there was sand and food left it kitchen corners and that was upon arrival. My main concern wad why we had to pay a cleaning fee when we are to do most of all the cleaning ourselves before checkout, which included - Wash all dirty dishes. Load and run the dishwasher before departure (if applicable) - Remove all food/beverages from the fridge - Remove all trash from the home (trash must be bagged). Please do not……

“Overall place is nice just that was Dog hair on the couch and the washer machine wasn’t working we left bbq coil for anybody who needs it bbq pit did it’s job place is cozy. ”

“This house was perfect for our large group. To start with l, there was lots of parking. The house itself was spacious and well appointed. PLENTY of beds. Everything was clean and there was even a complimentary bag of ice in the freezer when we got there (much appreciated!) It did take awhile to cool down the first night, but probably due to the size of the house.The location is just fantastic. You are right on the beach and smack-dab in the middle of Surfside. The deck was a perfect lounge area……

“This place was amazing! Loved the view and access to the beach. Very nice and relaxing place to stay. The house was lovely and very clean. Sitting outside on the deck was my favorite part about the house! Listening to the ocean feeling the breeze and watching all the birds. Very nice fenced in yard for my fur babies to enjoy although the smell Yorkie was able to escape through the gate lol she couldn’t get enough of going to the beach and for walks and the community. I will be recommending this……
