“A wonderful condo- great location, beautiful views. It was within walking distance to Pier Park and a couple of restaurants. 8th floor is great. Didn’t have any issues with parking. Good pools, hot tub and quick access to the beach. We would love to return. A few things were included that I didn’t expect— coffee pods, trash bags, dish soap, etc. We have definitely stayed in places that those weren’t included! A new washer/dryer which worked great. “The property was great! It was my extnded family of 11 people, ages 9-74. Very clean and had everything we needed like washer/dryer, crock pot, pots and pans and towels. Was in walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and site seeing locations! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Allie was great to work with! ”

“The location and view are great! I don’t like that the property lets people setup beach chairs and umbrellas in front of the rental chairs but not a huge concern! The only negative about the condo itself was the bunk room was pretty hot! The unit has oscillating fans and a box fan for the room but I don’t know if the AC duct work needs to be looked at and the ceiling fan likely needs replaced as the fan speed couldn’t be changed! The condo was on the strip but far enough away that you could easily avoid the busy areas. The only complaint I have (which is no fault of the host) is that part of the elevators were out of service.
