“The house was clean and nice for an older structure. It appears that the surrounding land is used for boat storage or something. Didn’t bother us but was unexpected. The house itself was clean and the property owner didn’t bother us which is super nice. We would stay again! ”

“We attended a family wedding at the Bristol Harbor Inn with our adult children and stayed here as a family. The location was spectacular, the layout of the apartment was exactly what we wanted.We did have a little bit of a problem getting in, but once that was Accomplished, we could not have enjoyed a better time. We certainly will be coming back here again. Next time we need to stay in Bristol.”

“The State Room was a nice place to stay. The neighborhood is residential, with a nearby renovated mill that contains a local brewery about 2 blocks away. The neighborhood begs to be explored for the local businesses and historical buildings. Parking is on the street. The neighborhood is to fairly quiet except for a small local tavern that closes at 1:00 am. But the neighborhood is quiet in less than hour. I would definitely stay again.”

“The apartment was 10 min drive to Providence, had parking and was cozy. It's ideal for early risers, being near a busy road. The wood paneling gives it a warm feeling. ”

“Hosts Doug and his wife were great! Friendly and very accommodating. The loft is spotless and comfortable furniture. Large hammock. Great clean bathroom and shower. Location to Newport and other attractions is super easy. Would highly recommend. ”

“Even though this is a third floor, it was very easy to manage with frequent landings. My significant other is 84 years old and he did just fine. The apartment is nicely decorated in each room. Plenty of hot water. My only two wishes were firstly,check out time could be later so we could get up leisurely and make breakfast. Also would have liked an extra throw for the bed.Definitely will return.”

“We were in Newport for a wedding - same timing as Boat Show. We stayed in Portsmouth and it was PERFECT!!!!!!! Sunset Cove restaurant was just across the street - breakfast was great and lunch outside - bar, live music - spectacular. We weren't in the Apartment that much but when we were it was GREAT!!!!!”
