“It was my boyfriend and I’s first time visiting Newport and I’m so glad I found this listing! Easton Beach is right around the block and Second Beach is about a 5 minute drive. Both super convenient to get to and Bowen’s wharf is also only a 10 minute drive. Felt like we were in a great location and the apartment was just like it was shown in the photos, super clean and organized! Deb was also lovely and easy to communicate with if we ever needed anything. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future”

“Cute accommodation in a good area in Buzzards Bay/Onset and close to various beaches. The accommodation is close to a fairly active marina for fishing boats, which was very fascinating to our toddler, who loved the stacked boats and the forklift. The flip side of that was unfortunately that it could get a bit loud during work hours, especially in the morning starting around 7am. This shouldn’t be a problem for most people but our 3 year old would wake up a but earlier than we were hoping for and……

“We stayed in late July 2025 and had no issues. The unit is well-stocked and had A/C units in both bedrooms so quite comfortable. Easy to find free street parking near the unit. The shower was a bit small, but everything worked fine. ”

“What they did with this space is amazing. Snazzy fixtures, well thought out touches of color and modern amenities made the small area very liveable. The location is great for exploring Rhode Island, especially the beautifully scenic eastern shores of the bay, but it's also minutes from Downcity Providence...yes, it's Downcity, not Downtown. There was a festival happening just down the road at the Portuguese Church. We wound up going twice for the food. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and……
