“My friends and I stayed here 4th of July weekend and could not recommend it enough. We didn’t know what to expect since there were only 5 reviews, but it completely exceeded our expectations. It is in a prime location on Thames street, walking distance to bars, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. We also had 2 off-street parking spots which were extremely convenient. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for the 6 of us. The rooftop deck was the cherry on top. And if that……

“This review is for the one bedroom, water front cottage (sister property). The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. I rely enjoyed the SMEG fridge and tea pot! Kellie was such a gracious host. The property is on a working boat yard so there will be people in and out. We were not bothered by this at all. Everyone was very friendly and non intrusive. “We two had an excellent, peaceful stay, and slept well. Most everything was lovely and high quality, including the art and linens. Beds were excellent and bathroom was also despite the two doors that connected it. Our only disappointment was the kitchen, which had about a 24 square inch work space and inadequate utensils (no baking sheet, spatula, or wood mixing spoon). We ate in three nights in a row, after busy days, and made due with the microwave. If guests are eating lunch and dinner……
