“We had an excellent experience at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was great --- all walking distance and close to all the shops and restaurants. Only issue was - we didn't have the correct access code. I called and they gave us a new one. Keep in mind, these are lofts, so expect to hear loud footsteps from upstairs occupants. Other than that, I recommend it to others for a hassle-free getaway.”

“We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset……

“Great girls trip with friends of 44 years so it had to special and it was!. Spacious, warm, with amazing views.Beds were comfortable, linens were nice, nice touch with welcoming gifts of snacks and two wines.great location.few things you should know are:floors were very dusty and parking numbered spaces were not clearly painted.,hooks in bathroom were broken.Other than that it was just perfect.I will book again for sureCan't wait to stay again!”

“The apartment itself is clean. Both bathrooms are small, minimal. The towels in the bathrooms are worn/cheap and smelt bad. We had to wash them before using. (That's why I gave the 3 star cleanliness rating.) The mattresses and pillows in all 3 rooms are low-end and hard. The mattress my fiancé and I slept on was sloped to the middle. All floors in the unit are off kilter. On a happier note, there is a view of the bay from the front porch. I'll look for somewhere else to stay when we return.”

“Loved the accommodation. All rooms were nice and comfortable with heat and all the kitchen utensils! Only issue was noise after hours. Both nights there were people outside around 1:30 making a lot of noise!!! ”

“We were in town for the NCAA tournament and this place was just perfect for a few friends and me. Plenty of space, nice balcony and outside area. Kitchen and dining room are huge, and everything is very well decorated. Just a great stay! Thanks ! ”

“The place is spacious and worked well for or group. The stairs are definitely not what we expected. It was about 40 stairs straight up to get to the unit. It was very clean except for a few place. There was mold on the shower clean and I wish I hadn’t looked under the bed this morning (a habit when we stay anywhere to check if we left something) it was really dirty. Condo had what we needed except no soap or body wash for any of the showers. We would stay here again just a couple of things I……

“This property is perfect for a visit to Newport. The upstairs includes a bedroom (king bed), full bathroom and loft (with couch). The downstairs has two bedrooms (each with a king bed), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen (just needs a teapot), dining room and living room. Everything was clean. Included parking was close by. Everything was very well managed. Can walk to essentially all Newport has to offer.”
