Quiet neighborhood while we were there July 31-Aug 2. We were outside most of the time so we played cornhole ( our set and host set) and our spikeball set. We used the charcoal grill for 2 nights and had a great time.”

“This house is under construction and for sale so there is very limited necessities for an enjoyable stay. There are very limited items in the kitchen, a very small charcoal grill, no chairs on the porch to sit, no hand soap in the bathrooms, no trash cans in the bathrooms, no toiletries of any kind, very few towels and little toilet paper.
