“Loved our stay here. It’s perfectly located to walk to the center of town and the train and launching points for other activities! The staff were lovely including the sweet driver. We arrived early and so waited for our room in the lounge. Staff provided tea and the wait was pleasant. However, at the changing of shifts it seems the next shift didn’t know we had arrived and were waiting so I reduced a star for that. Had we been a bit more proactive there wouldn’t have been any issues at all. I……

“We stayed at Le Fitz Roy last year and enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay again for this year's Val Thorens ski trip. This hotel is in the perfect ski-in-ski-out location at the bottom of the plain sud piste and also in the middle of town - ideal for bars, restaurants and shopping. On arrival we were allocated an upgraded room - which was very welcome and appreciated. “Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.”

“I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!”
