“This was our second stay at Camp Amnicon. We stayed in Quietude last year, but booked Sunset this year because the three new ones weren’t available. It was great!! We think we might like sunset/sunrise better because they feel much more private, and we didn’t need the bigger space of the newer cabins. So cozy - we love the fireplace! ”

“Really great location on a pretty quiet lake. Local bar has great food including Saturday night prime rib. Beds comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Common space isn’t large but very well laid out to make it comfortable for a family of four. Outside space is wonderful with good privacy and Great Lake views. Roughly 50 minutes to the Superior shore and all the parks. You really feel like you’re away from it all. ”

“This place is epic! The views are stunning, and this beautiful house have everything you need during your stay. There is a lot to do close to the house, so you do not have to travel far. But, with the view and the private beach, you really do not have to go anywhere. The owners are fantastic! You will want to come back to this place often. I know we will be back!”

“I wanted a trip to escape with my kiddos and be in nature!! This was exactly that. We enjoyed every minute and the best part was we were left alone. There was enough dishes for a family of 4. Theres a microwave, small toaster oven (I thought I could make puzza and you have to 4th the pizza to do so), there's a grilling grate, so we brought tin foil for burgers; super good. “Really cute place and would stay again. Clean and thoughtful decor. Sleeping spaces/options worked well for two adults and 2 young kids. They even had a couple of toys and games which our kids loved. A good launching place to explode the north shore. The only complaint is that cookware was pretty limited, few food storage items, and knives were poor quality. Might not matter if you’re eating out the whole time, but we enjoy cooking, so these items could be improved/replenished. I did request a……

“Beautiful lake to look out on. We appreciated it was dog friendly! We enjoyed the sauna and it was very close to good hiking. Comfy bed! We enjoyed our stay. It is very close to the neighbors on each side but we went while still cold out so we didn’t see anyone. ”

“I loved the easy entry to the property. Using a number I know instead of something I would need to remember makes it a breeze. The amenities were great. Very clean. The rug in front of the main door kept getting caught under the door because of the fluffy carpet which was inconvenient so I moved it. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!”
