“Rating: 3/5 (6/10) Fitger’s has a classic, historic vibe and the beds were comfortable. The coffee was good too. But for the price, I expected more. Breakfast was only granola bars, which felt disappointing, and the place feels dated in ways that aren’t entirely charming. “Absolutely loved our stay — we’ve definitely found our new go-to place in Duluth! The outdoor fireplace was such a relaxing touch. I spent time sitting outside with my book, people-watching, and soaking in the peaceful sounds of the waves from Lake Superior. The location couldn’t have been more perfect — just steps from everything in Canal Park. We didn’t have to move our car once, which was a huge bonus. Can’t wait to come back and stay again! ”
