“This was a girls weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday. This house was perfect for our needs. Big enough for us to all have our own rooms and a beautiful kitchen and living room to be together. The host was easy to get in touch with and very nice to answer all our questions. Conveniently located to what we wanted to do and see. Beautiful house! You won’t be disappointed!!! ”

“Very nice spot for three couples to come and unwind. The sunroom provided an excellent view of the lake and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There was plenty of room for six adults. The outdoor fire pit was a plus due to cooler weather in October. Location was perfect for a quick grocery run in Jamestown or a short drive to restaurant options. Lisa was courteous and quick to respond. Overall, a nice traditional lake house. ”

“Stayed at this property over Easter weekend to meet up with my son from college. There were 8 people. Plenty of room in this house for all of us to either be together or spread out. Beautiful view of the lake! House is nicely updated and very comfortable!”

“Myself and three friends stayed here from a Friday to a Sunday for an event in Jamestown. The neighborhood is in a great location and is about a 4 minute drive from downtown. Very close to everything. The house itself is very clean and there are lots of Lucille Ball memorabilia to discover throughout. There is a nice back patio which we unfortunately were not able to enjoy since we stayed during a winter weather advisory with lots of snow. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen for cooking……

“A nice house in a nice location. It was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was well stocked with towels. Beds were very comfortable. Private yard that backs up to a wooded area. Host communicated well. Parking was adequate overall, but is shared with another rental owned by the same host. If both units are in use and you have more than one vehicle you would have to park end to end on one side of the drive potentially requiring a little shuffling. We stayed there in April, and the price was very……

“Booked this gem a month or so out and was absolutely impressed with the home. Kris was awesome! I texted her a couple times with simple questions and she called me within 5 minutes every time. She is great! My son also left his hat at the house and she found it and is shipping it to me. Home is VERY clean and felt brand new. It was our first time staying off the lake so we werent sure if we would like it. Loved the walking distance to the Golf Club for dinner and into Bemus for fun. Neighborhood……
