“The pans werent the cleanest and the air fryer still had crumbs in it from last person. The shower did not have hot water. Could not bathe. It was hot for two minutes and couldn’t fill the tub for a relaxing bath, maybe that’s why there was a hot tub outside but still a let down. The laundry machine did not work. It leaked and was actually a safety hazard. It was listed as having washer and dryer. I planned on bringing clothes to do but could not do them. Disappointed in that very much……

“It’s a treat to be able to stay anywhere here on the institute. I am grateful for the love that goes into this place and would stay here again. I can only imagine coming back in the summer and to sit on the balcony listening to the music drift through the air. Thank you for the hospitality!”

“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”

“I only gave a “1” on Cleanliness due to the dining staff at the included breakfast. We witnessed the waitress refilling the bread for toast with her bare hands (no gloves or tongs) then use her hands to open the kitchen door & came back out with more food in her bare hands. Also, we witnessed the used tables get wiped down with a wet cloth but there was never any sort of sanitizer sprayed on the surfaces. I’m not a germophobe, but I am aware of my surroundings. NYS law prescribes that either……

“we checked in and multiple people were behind the counter and everyone seemed to be listening to the conversation which went on between me and the 2 guys helping me to check in. it felt awkward. when we got to the room it was not a king room as ordered so I went back to tell him. He first was resisting ,saying there was none but I showed him the reservation.He then got us the room we paid for.breakfast was ok - the coffee was not good.”

“Staff very friendly and accomodating. Very close to the airport, walking distance if it weren't too dangerous with the traffic. did not like the fact they had no office area for customers to print out their own flight tickets, I realize most people have their tickets on the phone anymore but for those of us who like a paper ticket it was inconvenient. Minor however and the stay was very nice. Decent but typical breakfast at major hotels. Very clean and quiet. If I thought all Quality Inns and……
