“We loved our trip and will be booking again in the future! All the comments about the driveway being rough are accurate but as long as you have 4wheel drive, a truck, or SUV you should be fine. The water is normal well water. We showered in it just fine but we have family that has well water so maybe thats why it didn’t bother us. Over all we loved this little cabin and can’t wait to come back❤️”

“Beautiful cabin. Over decorated with lots of dust catchers. Such as many artificial flowers, that are just not cleanable. I am high allergy and feel that things that can’t be dust and/or wiped down between each guest should not be in a home that is being rented,”

“We had a great stay at Solitude point. Extremely Private and we had snow so we were able to enjoy the mountains from the balcony at its most beautiful view. The cabin itself was extremely comfortable with Free WiFi and the gas fireplace a huge plus. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks ”

“We had a very relaxing and great vacation! The communication with the agent couldn’t be better. Make sure you bring a 4 wheel drive car for a safer drive and flashlights in case you get to the chalet late at night. Also, the heated floors is a plus when you come in the winter! “This was our second time staying here for the holidays. We love EVERYTHING about this cabin. Excellent communication & customer service provided by the host, Debbi. We kept busy with ping pong, pool & board games. The cabin was warm & cozy when the outside temperature went down into the 20’s. We got to see several deer on the property & in an empty wooded lot next door. Very safe & quiet community. Enjoyed downtown Blue Ridge & Mercier Orchards, as well as snow tubing and the mountain coaster at……

“We had an amazing time at the Trout Chalet! The kids enjoyed the table games and puzzles while we were there.The fire pit in the evening was a delight and kept us warm while cooking marshmallows.The Notelly River was low tide the first day of so then it was high tide and running through the sounds of the water hitting the rocks or the low branches was very relaxing to hear.Kevin is a great host and very communicative as well.
