“This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. “Great location. The rooms are nothing fancy but clean and comfortable with a small balcony to enjoy mountain air. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The cable car is a short walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy, free parking. ”

“Viktig: hotellet er ikke hvor kartet peker i Tatranaká Lomnica, men i Žakovce! Om dette er viktig for deg, ikke velg dette hotellet. Når det er sagt er rommene fine og komfortable og eieren hyggelig. Man har kjøleskap og kokemuligheter. Velger man frokost får man plenty med mat. Spa er ikke inkludert i prisen men koster symbolsk pris og har enkel sauna og jacuzzi man får nyte for seg selv. Vi hatt nydelig tid her og kommer gjerne tilbake.”

“Best location in Zakopane if you are there for nature and hikes rather than souvenir bonanza and get-me-the-smoked-cheese crowd control in Zakopane center. The hotel is less than 3 years old, very fresh and with super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is gourmet level but be aware only open Thursday-Sunday (both dinner and lunch). ”

“I went there with my brother and we both loved it. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled……

“Das Hotel ist Mitte der 70er Jahre hängen geblieben. Das Einzige, was seit dem anscheinend erneuert wurde, sind Toilette und Bad. Der Boden des Zimmers ist uneben, der Balkon hat Schäden. Man kann die Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn hören. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist dünn in der Auswahl. Nebenbei scheint das Hotel auch eine Jugendherberge zu sein. Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert.”

“Amazing spot - staff is fantastic! Only small thing is the noise cancelling isn't great between rooms or between reception and rooms on the lower floor - wasn't a big issue but I imagine it could be if you're unlucky with your neighbors! ”
