“Perfect getaway for 2! The apartment was clean, with fully equipped kitchen. Complete with a large fridge, freezer and washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the double closet had lots of hangers and a safe. The complex was spotlesdly clean and quiet. The pool area, rooftop sunbathing and sunset bar were fabulous. Our hosttess Simone and colleague Cristina looked after us from booking, during our stay, and to leaving. The communications were excellent! We will for sure reccomend yhis……

“Nice clean, modern apartment. Only downside for us was that it was on the flight path and we had to listen to noise from planes flying directly above- not exactly what you want for a relaxing holiday. We wouldn't stay again for that reason. ”

“Just returned from a wonderful week at Martin & Sue's apartment in Lajares. The apartment is exactly as described - clean, comfortable, well-maintained with all the necessary mod-cons and indeed anything else you could possibly want for a great holiday. They’re very considerate hosts and have really thought of it all. “Schöner Aufnthalt. Bilder hätte man eigentlich noch bessere einstelle können, v a der quasi Rundum-Meeresblick ist besonders bei Sonnenuntergang spitze. Appartment ist einfach aber solide ausgestattet, reicht völlig! Für Leute, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe (hängt sicherlich auch von der Zeit ab: zu Schulferienzeiten ist die Anlage u U nicht ganz so ruhig) suchen eine gute Wahl.”

“This has been one of the most relaxing weeks vacation that we have had in a very long time. Everything flowed from the flight out to being greeted by Mrs Morgana. Hand over was easy . It's a very good size apartment (note steps up to the property are steep). It was clean and tidy. The pool is just a few steps away. The neighbours Ken and his wife are friendly and helpful. Mrs Morgana used text to keep in touch just to make sure we were happy with everything. The beach is close by, we walked into……

Der freundliche und unkomplizierte Empfang durch Herrn Lopez und seine umfangreichen und wertvollen Tipps haben uns sehr gefreut und geholfen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Sie ist vollständig und sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet. In puncto Sauberkeit war alles perfekt. Zur Strandpromenade geht man zu Fuß wenige Minuten (viele Treppen!) und auch ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke.……

“Although the property was large and in a good, well maintained and secure development, the apartment was in serious need of some TLC! The kitchen cupboards were not fitted correctly and with missing doors, the wardrobe doors would not slide and made it difficult to access the space, there were insufficient and poor quality bedding and towels. These were reported to the host at the end of our stay. We loved the area especially the town and beaches and would definitely come back but doubt we would……
