“Diamond of a hotel at a good price. Lovely pool area, fab sea views, great little friendly bar, supermarket on site who make pizzas for €4.50, the most comfortable queen bed I’ve slept in, new fluffy towels, fab rainfall shower, basic room but all you need. Will be back.”

“Bon rapport qualité prix Buffet très correct pour la catégorie hôtelière Chambres ok Animations suffisantes, une piscine chauffée serait un plus car un peu trop froide avec le vent Un petit rafraichissement à certains endroits augmenterait la satisfaction globale ”

“The bungalows are spacious and finely furnished. The structure is new. The restaurant is excellent with a wide and also healthy choice. Communication and reception need to be taken care of. ”

“Comoda per poter visitare le spiagge della parte nord di fuerte. Se optate per la mezza pensione fate attenzione alle bevande. A colazione sono incluse (anche succhi) mentre a cena é compresa solo l’acqua ( altrimenti 3€ a persona per bere anche i drink) , mentre per i bar é tutto a pagamento ( sempre se in mezza pensione). La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche sistemazione (si vede che è un po’ datata). Gli alloggi sono carini (come tutte le strutture pierre vacances che ho visto ) ,……

“Ok place good size rooms, close to town centre in Caleta. BUT the pictures are out of date, no shop area, a bar that closes at 3.30pm, and if you are not into aeroplanes, the hotel is right below the flight path to the airport a mile or so away so can be very noisy”

“Eine sehr schöne Anlage, die einen gepflegten Eindruck macht. Die Zimmer haben Appartementcharakter mit kleiner Küche, Kühlschrank und einem großen Balkon. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. An der Rezeption gibt es auch deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. ”

“Great location , quiet surroundings … apartment 8 was perfect newly renovated comfy bed. Would have liked maybe a kettle but solved the issue using a saucepan . Perfect to walk to town , beach or el Campanario. Was there 9 days so would have been nice if they had asked about clean towels mid stay but other then that cannot fault them ! ”

“Property its self was in a great location . Close enough to walk into town. 3.50 for a taxi if needed. Lovely and quiet and gorgeous views from all angles.It was well equipped but unfortunately alot of bits were broken, sunbeds,clothes airer, parasol etc. Hot tub you get charged extra for.We arrived sunday. The water was too dirty to use but we were told the guy woukd come and chemical it wed. When he arrived , it was beyond cleaning so emptied it. Was not then filled till wed eve and wasnt up……

“Déçu de la nourriture : chaque jour les mêmes plats basiques et insipides sauf une nouveauté du même acabit pour "faire bien" ...Je n'ai jamais vu cela en 50 ans de fréquentation de clubs de ce niveau !!! J'avais choisi RIU pour éviter ce problème ...je regrette mon choix”

“A perfectly location right on the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. The check in was straight forward and reception staff very help polite and helpful. The junior suite was very spacious and clean and included a in room safe. Pool area lovely and always plenty of beds. Pool a little cold in early May. Dining room offered a large selection in breakfast options including freshly made omelettes. If you left hungry it would be your fault not the hotels. Overall would recommend and……
