“Very chill and cozy hotel. Staff are very sweet and helpful, but also not overly bearing. They stay in the background as much as possible. Not overly formal as you get in many hotels. Spa is very good, with good jacuzzi, nice little pool and good sauna and Hamman. Breakfast was also good, a mixture of everything; bacon and eggs, hard boiled if you want. Plenty of cereal, yoghurts, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, and plenty of pastries and different types of bread. The rooms were cozy, with nice……

“位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。”

“Hotel de la Rouvenaz was second to none! We enjoyed every minute of our stay from check in to check out! The hotel staff was welcoming and engaging, sharing their recommendations on what to do while we were visiting, the room was absolutely stunning with plenty of space and an incredible view of the lake.
