“Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. ”

“The Coral Cay condo buildings were older and set back a bit from beach with a nice wooden boardwalk right to beach through dunes. The 2 story had 2 bedrooms upstairs that were cute, updated with new finishes and decor and plenty of room for my family of 4. The small kitchen had all we needed. We ate most meals on balcony which could have been cleaner but the sound of waves, and birds made it a wonderful stay. . We used the pool closest to beach it was Ok. Overall great stay!”

“This unit needs to invest in new kitchen pots and pans, cookie sheets. All the equipment are so old and scratched up or rusty. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty from the previous renters. The towel bar the in guest bathroom didn’t have any towel on it when we checked in so I went to hang one on it and it fell off the wall. ”

“Sunrise Villa is a very nice place and clean, but the only issue my wife and I had was that when we opened the door, we were not sure if the smell was mold or something else. We did buy candles for that too cover up the odor, but other than that, it was quite nice. ”

“Loved our stay not only in this unit but in this complex. The unit is clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The grounds are well kept and the pools are tended everyday. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, even our toddler had no complaints. Hosts were available for any questions we had. We will be back again Highly recommend staying here! . ”

“Very seldom do I leave reviews because they are typically all the same BUT, this condo was better than described. Its one of the cleanest I have ever been to and that's saying a lot with the amount of sand that comes in. We rented the condo during sand fest and the location was perfect. The boardwalk was under construction which was a bummer but we could still walk to the beach and get our steps in. It was not far. The owners sent an email the week of giving us helpful hints and recommendations……

“The property was great! Gulf view, easy walk over to the beach, and perfect size for my husband, myself, and my daughter and son in law and their 3 children. When we weren't on the beach, one of the pools at the property was easy to walk to. Communication between Paul and I was great and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and recommend this property highly.”

“I met an owner of a condo on premises while fishing on the pier. Best time ever. Met other visitors/owners and all were so friendly. My condo was nice and clean. Great view of ship channel. I had the things I needed. The towels really dried the water off me after showering. Loved them, lol. I really enjoyed the recliner and wall mount TV because it moved. The office was great after an unexpected issue with the code to get into the condo. The weather was no good, but when the sun came out……

The beds were comfortable, good space in kitchen/eating area & nice bathrooms.Would suggest having a full length mirror somewhere, a broom & a couple blankets in the family room.Walk to beach wasn’t too bad (the shower area off the boardwalk wasn’t working to rinse off sandy feet).Checkout process was super easy too!”
