“Very good location. Near the city center.Very steep road to the garage, it requires good driving skills. Everything worked well. Enjoyed the sunrise from the little terrace while having breakfast. Nice view on the city and the ocean. ”

“Die Ferienunterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Das Bad ist neuwertig. Die Terrasse bietet einen Blick über die Stadt auf den Hafen. Die Innenstadt ist in 5 min zuFuß zu erreichen. Das Einzige was für unseren Geschmack bequemer hätte sein können, ist das Bett (Matratze). Es gibt nur eine grosse Zudecke, wir würden uns 2 Einzeldecken wünschen. Es gibt eine Auswahl an Kissen. ”

“The villa is clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable. There is everything you could need and Maria provides things like washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Couldn't fault it. Only possible negative deoending on what you want is the outdoor space is next to a busy weekday road. That said you have buses to the town centre close by. Easy walk down hill to Funchal. 5 mins to local supermarket and a local bar that does lovely food, great pizza restaurant within walking distance too. We would……

“The apartment is well equiped, with good kitchen facilties and bedroom storage.The 2 outside balconies are well furnished and very useful - good place for drying wet things on first, great views from the top. We had diiner there a few times.The area is mostly very quiet, with the exception of the morning peak traffic and the barkiing dogs. “Alquilamos la casa la última semana de Agosto de 2024 para la familia (3 adultos y 2 niños). Nuestro avión se retrasó y al final llegamos a la casa casi a las 11 de la noche. A pesar de esto Nuno nos estaba esperando amablemente para darnos las llaves y mostrarnos la casa. Está situada en una zona tranquila muy cerca de supermercado (Continente) y una panadería. Se puede aparcar el coche justo delante de la puerta. La casa es realmente muy bonita y está muy bien equipada con electrodomésticos,……

“Leiligheten er fin enkel innredning men helt ok. Kjøkken utstyret er kun for enklere matlaging , bra med stekeovn og Micro. Beskrivelse om vad som inngår er dårlig, sengetøy og håndkler byttes en gang i uken, rengjøring må man gjøre selv, det er ingen støvsuger kun kost og mopp. Vaskemiddel må man også kjøpe, vi har vart her nå i 4 uker og kjøpt diverse ting man trenger for rengjøring. Badet med dusj mangler speil den finner man i andre badet, litt tungvint. Fin utsikt mot havet og havnen? Mye……

“1st trip 2 stunning Madeira, organised accommodation ( flight & rental car) 2 weeks b4 arriving. The new villa is very spacious for 6 (no single beds). Kitchen & 2.5 bathrms are well equipped mostly (needs corkscrew, colander, more towels, outdoor furniture, but had dishwasher & laundry tablets). Expedia shows the villa in Funchal (it is not). The letting agency hasn’t fixed this (could c the villa on other platforms, elsewhere, & google maps doesn’t recognise its street address correctly, u……

“Das Haus ist sehr groß, so dass man mit 6 Personen sich auch mal gut aus dem Weg gehen kann. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. In 15 Geh-Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Parken war in der Straße auch kein Problem. Dafür das in dem Haus kein Haustier erlaubt ist, lebt dort leider eine Katze, die auch in dem Haus sich gut auskennt. Dieses war für uns sehr unangehm insbesondere wenn man eine Katzenhaarallergie hat. ”
