Had an issue with receiving the access codes, which i had to chase up. But, staff were very good and sorted problem straight away.
Overall, excellent!. We would stay there again.”

“We stayed at the Hotel Du Vin on our wedding night. We checked in online which was a very quick and simple process.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a suitcase which we wanted to take to the hotel prior to checking in. This was absolutely no problem and as our room was ready, we were able to take the case to our room far in advance of normal check in time.
When we returned to our room, a bottle of bubbly had been provided which was a lovely touch and gratefully……
“Stayed one night as a wedding anniversary treat. The hotel was beautiful and the staff so friendly. Only mentioned in passing about our anniversary at check in and when we got back to the room later that evening there was some sweet treats for us, so kind. ”
“Love the inn is so close to the river, very lovely view and walk along it. Excellent food served at the inn and all the staff were very friendly during our stay. The door to our room was a bit stiff and hard to get into, and the bathroom ceiling was a bit mouldy, but other than that the stay was so wonderful and we would definitely come back again.”
