“Ski trip . Great place to stay . Very close to everything and very comfortable. Bed was great . Shower , water took quite a long time to get hot but then good . Bit noisy from the street & the heater is very noisy and turns on at 6.30am which was quite annoying. ”

When we had an issue, the front desk staff went well above and beyond to provide that white glove service that has been lost in this industry. “We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. The location was great, right next to the Red Pine Gondola in Canyon Village with ski school/rentals etc. There's underground covered parking, and……

“Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids really enjoyed this property location, on mountain. There were some good dining options for families. The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. The issues were some of the staff -English was not their first language so if you asked for towels or replacement of coffee, soaps, etc. it was a challenge. Sometimes just giving up. “We booked through a management company. They were horrible. Room was not ready on time. The room was in disrepair. The sundial lodge was nice, the staff were nice. ”

“Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up.……

“The property was conveniently located with EASY access to the ski lifts. We had a fabulous view from the 6th floor. The valet service made parking a breeze. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The front desk staff (JD) and his front desk Manager (Bryan) were helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back this Christmas! ”
