“I understand that Shimla is a hill station with uneven terrain and narrow roads. Even with this limitation, this hotel has an excellent land area and profile. The hotel must have enjoyed excellent glory in the past. However, this hotel is now unacceptably old and most of the features are worn out. This hotel needs a complete make over before being presented for international standard accommodation. However, we truly appreciate the help, care and concern of the staff and availability of quality……

“Signed up with Expedia went to property they said no reservation. Spend evening trying to work out with Expedia. Yep said after 30 min we have resolved with property. Assured. Dropped off at check in time. Expedia could not resolve. Said there system not working with Expedia left to figure out . ”

“First of all the property is not on road side, you have to climb down so many stairs to reach to the hotel. Rooms gates and windows are not properly sealed gusty chilly wind passes through slits that makes room super chilly and leaves your blanket and bed in freezing condition. On above that they charge 300 rupees extra per day to provide room heater. Super inconvenient.”

“Отель находится не далеко от OLS BAS STAND, через рынок вверх по лестнице между двух домов. Окон (нормальных) в этом отеле по видимому нет. у нас был номер 101 там было маленькое окошко с решеткой выходило на стену соседнего дома стоящего в 30 см и на часть пола балкона соседнего дома. В номерах сыро, ванная комната не имеет вытяжки, окошко не открывается. Душ- его нет, это стандартные 2 крана и ведро, из которого поливаешься, шторок тоже нет, поэтому поливаться надо аккуратно. За такие деньги……

“L'hôtel est très correct avec une vue géniale sur les montagnes. C'est simple mais tout à fait correct. C'est mis que c'est à 2 minutes de Christ church, mais en fait c'est à 10 minutes, par une montée bien raide. Ça ne nous a pas gênés, mais je pense que c'est important de le savoir. ”
