“My husband and I stayed at Tim’s cottage in middleburg for one night to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Tim had left a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake for us since he knew it was our anniversary, which was an incredibly thoughtful and kind gesture. The cottage was clean, cute and cozy and the location was incredibly convenient to wineries, breweries and downtown Middleburg. It was truly a staycation to remember!”

“I have never felt more welcomed at a VRBO. Our host, Linny, goes out of her way to make you feel at home. From the excellent communication starting from the reservation and continuing throughout the stay to farm fresh eggs, orange juice, muffins, and wine awaiting our arrival. “My partner and I stayed over christmas in what was the perfect cottage. If you want to believe that you're in some tiny small town america during christmas, this is the perfect place to be. It was by far the most peaceful and relaxing christmas.I've had in a long time. The stove is wonderful and makes me want to upgrade mine at my own house and the rest of the appliances are also amazing. Ten out of ten, we'll be staying again.”

“A very nice practical house for a group of 6-7. Clean & cheerful with a nice layout. Our family was here for a wedding, so there was a wide age range, and we all had a good gathering area, as well as some privacy with the upstairs bedrooms. The futon couch wasn't very comfortable to sit on & an end table between the couches would have been nice. But it had everything we really nice. Thank you!”
