“The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation.
Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received……

“This charming VRBO home has absolutely everything one needs for a perfect day in the DC area. Situated just outside of the chaos of the city, this home is an absolute retreat itself. The grounds are *stunning* and the home inside is perfectly appointed. Nidia was amazing and helped me through multiple shifts in plans. “We had a wonderful stay at Gruner Bungalow! There were 12 of us celebrating our father's 85th birthday. The house was amazing with so many places to sit and enjoy time together and plenty of well appointed bedrooms/bathrooms. The property manager recommended a chef that we had come in which was amazing. The pool and grilling area were awesome. The staff at the winery were so nice. We had a fun wine tasting and enjoyed delicious wine and the beautiful landscape. Highly recommend and would stay……

“The host was extremely gracious and made my mom dinner while we were out of town in New York for a couple of days during our stay. I had made other arrangements for her while we were away since my mom does not drive but the host went above and beyond. The walking trails around the property were wonderful, we walked 3 miles pretty much every morning that we were there around the wooded trails. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the view of the pond behind the house.”
