“Está cerca a todo y las habitaciones son super amplias. Hubo un inconveniente con mi habitación inicial y muy amablemente Nicoletta me ayudó a cambiarme a una nueva y mejor. El servicio al cliente es impecable. Desayuno variado y abundante. Sábanas y toallas en buen estado. ”

“The hotel was good not was my expectations food was okay if you are solo travel it is no the hotel more like family hotel very noise with children around the staff very friendly and the spa amazing ”

“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……

“L’hôtel est un peu en périphérie, il faut marcher au moins 10 minutes pour accéder à la plage car il n’y a pas d’accès direct. La chambre est assez petite. Cependant les serveurs ainsi que le personnel s’occupant du ménage sont formidable, très accueillant et sympathique. ”

“You check in in one building and then go to another one, there was no wifi password in the room so I had to go back in the main building. There was a boarding pass in the drawer in the room, hair in the bed. No wifi signal in the bedroom and the owners said they will come to check in 10min but never came to check. I wouldn't stay there again. ”

“Was told they lock the door at 7pm for "safety". There is nothing around the area. The dining facility was not operational.”
