“The hotel is located between two large shopping malls and there are many restaurants nearby. It is good for short stay in Penang. However, the cleanliness of bedroom is not up to standard. The first night we arrived, we found that the blankets and pillow coats were stained. We went to the reception and they changed another room for us, but we found that the blankets were stained again some “glue materials” was noticed too. “首先一到埗就有一杯welcome ice-cream. 優點是酒店樓下有很多不同的食肆可供選擇，mini bar 的零食及飲料全是free。酒店出來轉左有一個shopping mall,可以逛一段時間，basement 有超市有食肆。Shopping mall門口有一個大型的士站。酒店出來轉右亦有一個shopping mall, 設計有些不同，地面有很多食肆。酒店附近有2個temple 參觀，一個是卧佛，另一個就在對面。附近沒有回教寺，否則他們一日5次開咪大聲誦唱，關窗也一定聽得到。 缺點：check in 時的服務員完全沒有笑容。步行可達的景點不多。”

Good service in front desk and restaurants, but there is room for improvement for those staff in the souvenir shop. Overall experience is good and its a good place for vacation.”
