“The property is as noted in the pictures. It is the lower floor of a stacked townhome. There are two parking stalls right outside the unit. Easy in and out with luggage and daily trips. Quiet street, but still close to many amenities. We also like the location for our daily wine tasting runs to Newberg/McMinville. The home was exceptionally clean with tasteful new upgrades”

“The property is in a great location and is very peaceful. It also spacious and well equipped. Tom was an outstanding host having a bottle of wine waiting for us and various food items in case we did not have a chance to shop before we arrived. He even sent us home with fresh eggs! “We stayed here while visiting family and it was a comfortable spot to relax in after a day of activities. The back yard was securely fenced in for our dog, and our toddler loved running around. We had everything we needed to prep our groceries for meals and snacks. The street outside is mildly busy, but there is a back entrance to the driveway that made it safer to move kids and animals in and out.”
