“给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。”

“Near airport with scheduled airport transfer. That may be the main reason passengers choose here. The facilities are OK. Sanitation well maintained. The shuttle bus driver left the pickup points at the airport terminals about 5 to 10 minutes earlier than published schedule. That may be frustrating for those who try to catch the shuttle at the last minute. ”

“This hotel a great find. It was extremely clean and modern, the staff were all lovely and I couldn't have had a better stay. The hotel itself is really convenient to the beach and the Mar Bella sports centre (the reason for my trip) as well as the Diagonal Mar shopping mall. Breakfast was really nice with a lot of options and overall I was very happy with my stay.”

“This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location and its walkability! The staff are amazing, as is the property itself! One thing to be aware of though is that the windows are not sound proof so you will hear the street traffic when staying in an exterior room but the view males up for it!”
