“The villa is as described and photos almost don’t do it justice. The views across to the sea are spectacular and the infinity pool is amazingGuiseppe and Marina are great hosts and gave us a very warm welcome. It’s a great property for a relaxing stay.Whilst the location is on the Costa smerelda and close to many incredible beaches it is also up a steep hill and not writhing walking distance of anywhere. So a car is needed to get on and out each day.We would highly recommend this property.”

“Es ist eine schöne, ruhige Wohngegend. Alles ist in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde alles sehr gut erklärt. Es hat bergseitig und tallseitig einen Garten und eine tolle Aussendusche.”

“Das Haus entspricht den Angaben in der Anzeige. Die Anreise und der Check-in waren sehr unkompliziert genau wie die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist perfekt für den Urlaub und zum abschalten. Den Flughafen hört man nicht und der Pool wird auch während dem Aufenthalt regelmäßig gewartet .”

“Convenient Guesthouse, perfect situation in the Baja Sardinia region, 300m above a nice beach (public&private) with bar, restaurants and all amenities in close distance. The house is modern and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, a terrace with Seaview, air conditioning and comfortable beds. Marie Adele and Gian Franco welcomed us as friends, being there for tips on restaurants and tours, supporting in case of issues, and even for aperos. Strongly recommended! Cheers, Martin”
