“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette hôtel. Le personnel était agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Nous y sommes allez en couple en octobre, c’était facile de se garer en voiture pas sure qu’au mois d’août ce soit aussi simple. Il faut dormir la fenêtre fermée sinon vous êtes dérangé par le bruit des bateaux qui embarque et débarque en permanence jour et nuit. ”

“Hotel has everything needed for a few days accommodation. Pool area is good, breakfast excellent, rooms were comfy and air conditioning made it cool on very hot days. The area is not great but only five mins walk to old town, shops and restaurants. Staff were efficient and very friendly. ”
