“Was pleasantly surprised. This was my first rental, so I over prepared by bringing my own dishwashing liquid and the such, but they already had the necessities there. Was there with a handful of friends to celebrate my birthday and everyone had a great time. I will say that when we connected to Youtube on the TV to listen to music, it would sometimes show an error message. “The only negative things I can say is that the porch swing shown in pictures is missing, there are only two showers instead of three (one bathroom is a tub only and the pictures are misleading) and if you want a group picture of your guests on the large deck from outside the house, there are boards missing which makes the house look uncared for. We spent more time on the veranda looking at the ocean and listening to the surf than we did inside the house. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Checkout was detailed and easy. “We enjoyed our stay. It was a little far out of town (which we knew), but was very easy to get to and less traffic. There is a nice marina very close to the resort with great food and bars, so you don't have to go all the way back to town. The previous reviews about the musty smell in the lower level are accurate.
